Online Travel Media B.V. is a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands.
2. Definitions
- Platform: The website www.ticketrefund.com and related services.
- User: Any natural or legal person using the Platform.
- Consumer: A User acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession.
- Organizer: Event organizer, ticket issuer, airline, venue, or other third party responsible for the event or service.
- Refund Service: Assistance provided by TicketRefund.com in obtaining refunds from Organizers.
3. Scope of Services
3.1 TicketRefund.com provides an intermediary and assistance service to help Users request and obtain refunds from Organizers.
3.2 TicketRefund.com:
- Is not the event organizer;
- Does not issue tickets;
- Does not guarantee refund approval;
- Acts solely as an intermediary between the User and the Organizer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.3 A refund is only possible if permitted under the Organizer’s terms and applicable law.
4. Eligibility
4.1 Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law.
4.2 By using the Platform, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete;
- You are legally entitled to request the refund.
5. Service Fees and Payments
5.1 TicketRefund.com may charge:
- A fixed service fee;
- A success-based commission;
- Or a combination thereof.
5.2 All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
5.3 The fee structure is clearly presented before confirmation of service.
5.4 If a refund is successful, TicketRefund.com may deduct its commission before transferring the remaining amount to the User, where agreed.
5.5 If no refund is obtained, fees may still apply where clearly stated before purchase.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers – EU)
6.1 Under EU consumer law, Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.
6.2 However, by explicitly requesting immediate performance of the service and acknowledging that performance may begin before the withdrawal period expires, the Consumer:
- Expressly consents to immediate execution;
- Acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully performed.
6.3 If the service has begun but is not fully completed, a proportional fee may be charged.
7. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate documentation and ticket information;
- Not submit fraudulent refund claims;
- Cooperate in the refund process;
- Not misuse the Platform.
TicketRefund.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or fraud.
8. Processing of Refunds
8.1 Refund timelines depend entirely on the Organizer.
8.2 TicketRefund.com is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Organizers;
- Payment providers;
- Banks;
- Force majeure events.
8.3 Refund payments will be made using the method agreed during the order process.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 TicketRefund.com is liable only for direct damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
9.2 TicketRefund.com is not liable for:
- Denial of refund by Organizer;
- Indirect damages;
- Loss of profit;
- Consequential damages;
- Event cancellation decisions.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch or EU law.
10. Force Majeure
TicketRefund.com is not liable for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Government actions
- Pandemics
- Strikes
- Cyberattacks
- Payment provider outages
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, branding, text, software, and design, is the intellectual property of TicketRefund.com or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
12. Data Protection (GDPR)
12.1 TicketRefund.com processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
12.2 Personal data is processed solely for:
- Performing the refund service;
- Customer support;
- Legal compliance.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Complaints may be submitted via:
support@ticketrefund.com
13.2 TicketRefund.com aims to respond within 14 days.
13.3 Consumers in the EU may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
13.4 If no amicable solution is reached:
- Dutch law applies;
- Consumers may bring claims before the competent court in their country of residence under EU Regulation 1215/2012;
- For non-consumer disputes, the competent court in Amsterdam shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Amendments
TicketRefund.com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully enforceable.
16. Assignment
TicketRefund.com may transfer its rights and obligations to an affiliated company. Users may not transfer their rights without prior written consent.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and TicketRefund.com regarding the use of the Platform.
