Package Travel Directive 2015/2302

Pakketreisverstoringen

Als vluchten, hotels of transfers in je pakket niet klopten, kun je onder de Pakketreizenrichtlijn recht hebben op een prijsverlaging.

What is a package disruption?

Significant flight problems, downgraded or missing hotels, failed transfers, reduced hotel services, or itinerary changes that materially hurt your holiday — even if you still travelled.

Your rights

The Package Travel Directive protects trips that combine at least two travel services (e.g. flight + hotel) booked together. You can claim a price reduction when performance is lacking — vouchers or goodwill gestures from the organiser are not always enough.

How we help

We review your booking and disruption evidence, calculate a realistic refund, and pursue the tour operator on a no win, no fee basis.

What we need from you

  • Package booking confirmation
  • Dates and description of the disruption
  • Any photos, emails or vouchers from the organiser

Who can claim?

  • EU package holiday with at least two travel services
  • One or more days of reduced quality or value
  • Disruption by the organiser or its suppliers
