Perturbations de vol
En cas de retard à l’arrivée de 3 h+, d’annulation ou de refus d’embarquement, le règlement UE261 peut ouvrir droit à €250–€600.
What counts as a disruption?
Arrival delays of three hours or more at your final destination, cancellations (subject to notice rules), denied boarding due to overbooking, and missed connections on a single booking that cause a 3+ hour delay.
Your rights
Compensation is a fixed amount by distance: €250 (up to 1,500 km), €400 (1,500–3,500 km) or €600 (over 3,500 km). Airlines must also provide care during long waits and offer a refund or rerouting when flights are cancelled.
Extraordinary circumstances can exempt the airline from paying compensation, but care and refund/rerouting rights often still apply.
